The Farmville Chamber of Commerce annual Membership Drive is underway and the organization is currently contacting members to renew and reaching out to potential new members to join.
“Our Membership Drive is going well,” says Lori Drake, the Executive Director of the Farmville Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center. “Many businesses have renewed their memberships and we are happy to have their support.”
According to Drake, the Chamber appreciates the wonderful community involvement from businesses, non-profits and individuals. “The strong support we enjoy is what enables us to be an active vibrant Chamber,” says Drake.
“We are also excited to have ten new Chamber members who have joined in the last few months.”
New members of the Farmville Chamber of Commerce for 2021 include Dollar Saver Plus Magazine, Elite Fitness Center, Elizabeth Edwards Interiors, Farmville Hardware Lawn and Garden, Lee and Harrell Real Estate Professionals, MaCheeseMo Cheese Straws, NC Furniture School, Paleteria Deya, Pharmville Drug and Very Good Fence Company.
“Benefits of membership in the Farmville Chamber of Commerce include marketing, networking, advocacy and education,” explains Drake. “We try to provide as much support and assistance as we can for the wonderful businesses and non-profits that make Farmville and the surrounding area their home.”
The goal of the Farmville Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center is to serve and strengthen businesses and further their collective interests while advancing the Farmville community and the region. As a membership-based organization, the Chamber is a vital force in recruiting new business, supporting existing businesses, encouraging development, and enhancing and promoting the town.
